11" Tempered Glass Lid

Made with robust heat-tempered glass, the Swiss Diamond 11 inch (28 cm) glass lid offers durable convenience. It is designed for use with the Swiss Diamond Fry Pan, Saute Pan, Stock Pot and Wok - both the induction and standard models. It can also be used as a universal lid for any 28cm cookware body, such as skillets and Dutch ovens.The knob, made of high-quality thermoplastic, contains an adjustable steam vent - simply open or close the vent to release and contain the steam. Oven-safe up to 260 C (500 F). Do not subject the glass lid to a thermal shock, including putting the hot lid into cold water.
